VDL ETG is seeking a dedicated Order Administrator to join our dynamic team in Joo Koon. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of customer orders, ensuring seamless transitions from the initial Purchase Order (PO) to final shipment and delivery. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to operational excellence.
Your key focus will be on managing daily order volumes, coordinating closely with our warehousing and logistics teams to ensure accurate receiving and timely dispatch. You will act as the central point of contact for order tracking, resolving any discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records throughout the fulfillment process.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process daily incoming customer orders and Purchase Orders (POs) with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate receiving and verification of goods.
- Arrange and schedule shipments in collaboration with logistics partners to meet delivery deadlines.
- Maintain and update the order management system with real-time status updates.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers regarding order status and potential delays.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including packing lists and invoices.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the relevant department heads.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or GCE ‘O’/‘A’ Levels in any field; preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in order administration, logistics coordination, or customer service.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to minimize errors in data entry.
- Good communication skills in English; ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Relevant driver’s license is an advantage.
