Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy from order receipt to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and transit of sensitive diagnostic equipment.
  • Monitor supply chain metrics and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain high levels of data integrity within the ERP system regarding inventory levels and order statuses.
  • Proactively communicate order status updates to stakeholders and resolve any supply chain disruptions effectively.
  • Support demand planning activities by analyzing order trends and inventory turnover rates.
  • Ensure full compliance with Roche's global quality standards and local regulatory requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, order fulfillment, or logistics coordination.
  • Proficiency in ERP software (SAP or similar platforms preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed operational decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal and external partners.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of import/export documentation and customs regulations is a significant advantage.
