Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify customer orders accurately and efficiently upon receipt.
- Pack, label, and prepare items for shipment, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels within the fulfilment system.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse staff to ensure the smooth flow of goods and timely dispatch.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure product integrity before dispatch.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product information.
- Keep the fulfilment area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or order fulfilment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures strictly.
- Basic computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as required.
- Good communication skills in English and the ability to work well within a team.
