Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end order processing from receipt to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and adherence to global standards.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments and third-party logistics partners to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain high levels of data integrity within the order management system (OMS) for all global shipments.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping discrepancies, and returns in a professional manner.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly reports on fulfillment metrics and operational efficiency.
- Execute inventory reconciliation tasks to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations related to global trade and distribution.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'A' Levels or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or customer service operations.
- Demonstrated ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays where necessary.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and experience with ERP/OMS software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven global environment.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and high attention to detail.
