Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness from order entry to fulfillment.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to resolve order discrepancies or delays promptly.
- Maintain stringent order governance and compliance standards, ensuring all documentation meets corporate audit requirements.
- Oversee inventory status and coordinate with procurement to prevent stock-outs or overstock situations.
- Generate and analyze daily/weekly operational reports to identify process improvements and performance trends.
- Act as the primary point of contact for order-related inquiries, providing support to resolve operational roadblocks effectively.
- Ensure seamless communication between stakeholders to uphold the company's service level agreements (SLAs).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in order management, sales administration, or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage data accurately under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills and a high level of accountability.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations with a professional demeanor.
