Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end order lifecycle processing from entry to fulfillment
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely delivery
- Maintain accurate order documentation and system records
- Resolve order discrepancies and address customer inquiries promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Generate performance reports on order metrics and delivery times

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in order management or administrative roles
- Proficiency in order management software and MS Office applications
