- Manage the entire order lifecycle, from order entry to final delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Resolve order-related issues and discrepancies proactively
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate potential stockouts
- Generate regular reports on order status, customer satisfaction, and process efficiency
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and expectations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in order management or customer service
- Proficiency in order management systems and CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
