Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process customer orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to optimize order processing and minimize delays
- Maintain and update order status in the ERP system, providing real-time information to stakeholders
- Resolve order discrepancies and communicate effectively with customers regarding order status
- Analyze order trends and patterns to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure order specifications are met
- Prepare and distribute order reports to management for performance evaluation and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in order processing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in order management, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems and order management software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
