Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end order processing lifecycle for diverse corporate clients.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in order entry, verification, and documentation.
  • Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve order-related discrepancies.
  • Monitor order status and provide timely updates to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive records within our CRM and ERP systems.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide tier-one support for complex client queries regarding invoicing and shipment status.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Order Management, Client Operations, or Customer Service.
  • Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ERP software experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and internal workflows.
