- Supervise end-to-end order processing operations to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements
- Lead and mentor a team of order processors, providing training and performance feedback
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve order discrepancies
- Implement process improvements to enhance order accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate operational reports

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in order management or logistics supervision
- Strong proficiency in order management systems (ERP, WMS) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
