As the Order Operations Officer, you will be the central hub for all incoming orders. You will manage the process from initial quotation to final dispatch, working closely with the sales team, clients, and various internal departments. Tanggung Jawab

  • Process customer purchase orders and sales invoices with high accuracy in our ERP system.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team to verify order details, pricing, and special requirements.
  • Liaise with the Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure timely stock allocation and dispatch.
  • Monitor the status of all open orders, providing proactive updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries related to order status, returns, or discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records for all order transactions and documentation.
  • Generate regular reports on order volumes, processing times, and key operational metrics.
  • Assist the Finance team with billing queries and reconciliation of invoices.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in order processing, logistics coordination, or an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, vlookups are a plus).
  • Familiarity with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Pasig City.
