Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems
- Manage end-to-end renewal cycles for existing clients to ensure service continuity
- Communicate order status, updates, and renewal options to customers via email/phone
- Maintain detailed records of transactions, renewals, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve order discrepancies
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on order volume and renewal metrics
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in order processing or customer support roles
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Strong numerical accuracy and data management capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Proven problem-solving skills with customer-centric approach
