- Coordinate end-to-end export shipment processes for international orders
- Prepare and verify critical shipping documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
- Perform Unit Load Planning (ULP) verification against dispatch notes and shipping manifests
- Review and confirm Bill of Lading drafts for accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Update and maintain real-time order processing records in ERP systems
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and customs teams to resolve shipment discrepancies
- Support monthly order reconciliation and documentation audits
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years in order processing or export documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential for data management)
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and Incoterms
- Strong attention to detail with document verification skills
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
