- Receive and process guest orders for housekeeping and non-food items efficiently.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of all orders and service requests.
- Communicate orders accurately to the relevant departments or staff members.
- Handle guest inquiries regarding services and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Assist in ensuring a clean and organized reception or service area.
- Coordinate with housekeeping teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies regarding orders immediately.
- Adhere to company standards and operational procedures at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use order management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
