We are seeking a diligent and proactive Order-To-Cash Finance Associate with Vietnamese language capabilities to join our diverse team at Procter & Gamble. This role will bridge finance operations with customer communication, ensuring seamless financial processes across our global supply chain. You'll be instrumental in managing end-to-end order-to-cash workflows, resolving discrepancies, and supporting financial reporting initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end order-to-cash processes including order entry, invoicing, and payment collection
- Resolve account discrepancies and billing issues through Vietnamese-language customer communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and reconciliations
- Support month-end closing activities with accurate financial documentation
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
- Act as primary liaison for Vietnamese-speaking stakeholders on financial matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Native or fluent proficiency in Vietnamese (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years in finance, accounts receivable, or operations
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Effective communication skills in multicultural environments
