- Oversee end-to-end ordering processes for multiple retail locations
- Analyze sales data and inventory trends to optimize stock levels
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable procurement terms
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely product deliveries
- Implement inventory control systems to prevent stockouts/overstocking
- Train and supervise junior staff in ordering procedures
- Generate inventory reports for senior management review
- Collaborate with merchandising teams on promotional stock planning
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 3+ years experience in retail inventory/supervisory roles
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities
- Knowledge of Sarawak's retail market dynamics
- Leadership experience with team development
- Ability to work in fast-paced retail environments
