Join Berca Hardayaperkasa as an Organization Development Intern and play a vital role in shaping our internal processes. We are looking for a motivated individual to support our HR team in developing Job Descriptions (JD) that align with our Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). You will also be responsible for creating and standardizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring that our workflows are documented clearly and consistently. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in process improvement, organizational behavior, and strategic HR planning. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in drafting and updating Job Descriptions (JD) aligned with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Develop and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across various departments.
- Document and organize existing work processes to ensure clarity and operational efficiency.
- Conduct research on best practices in Organization Development (OD) to propose improvements.
- Support internal communication regarding HR policies and organizational changes.
- Analyze organizational data to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of organizational development principles and business processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
