Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive organizational assessments and needs analyses to identify key development opportunities.
- Design and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and leadership pipelines.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and adaptability.
- Develop and deliver training programs focused on leadership development, team building, and organizational culture.
- Analyze HR metrics and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of OD interventions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align people strategies with broader business goals.
- Advise management on best practices in organizational behavior and human capital management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Organization Development, Talent Management, or HR Business Partnering.
- Strong understanding of organizational development theories, change management models, and performance management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven ability to design and facilitate engaging training and development workshops.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
