As an OD Professional, you will collaborate closely with leadership to diagnose organizational needs, facilitate change management processes, and create tailored development programs. You will play a key role in aligning human capital strategies with business objectives, ensuring that our employees have the tools, support, and opportunities they need to thrive. Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct comprehensive organizational assessments and needs analyses to identify key development opportunities.
  • Design and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and leadership pipelines.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and adaptability.
  • Develop and deliver training programs focused on leadership development, team building, and organizational culture.
  • Analyze HR metrics and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of OD interventions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align people strategies with broader business goals.
  • Advise management on best practices in organizational behavior and human capital management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Organization Development, Talent Management, or HR Business Partnering.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development theories, change management models, and performance management systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to design and facilitate engaging training and development workshops.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
