Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive Organization Development (OD) and Talent Management (TM) strategies, programs, and initiatives aligned with AEON's business objectives.
  • Govern and enhance existing OD & TM frameworks, including performance management, succession planning, career development, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.
  • Conduct organizational needs assessments and workforce planning to identify gaps and develop targeted interventions for skill development and talent retention.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to integrate OD & TM initiatives seamlessly into daily operations and strategic planning.
  • Drive change management efforts for organizational restructuring, cultural transformation, and process improvements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD & TM programs using relevant metrics and analytics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching programs to enhance leadership capabilities and employee competencies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Organization Development, Talent Management, or a similar HR specialization, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or assistant managerial capacity.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing OD & TM frameworks, including performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and change management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of proficiency in HRIS and related talent management software.
  • Experience working in a large, multinational organization (preferably retail or financial services) is a plus.
