Are you a tech-savvy student or recent graduate with a passion for organizational design and digital transformation? Kanmo Group, a leading omni-channel retailer in Indonesia, is looking for a dynamic Organization Development & Transformation Intern to join our team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will bridge the gap between human capital strategy and information technology, helping us streamline our business processes and support our growing digital ecosystem.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate transformation, data analysis, and process optimization within a fast-paced retail environment. You will work closely with our OD team to implement systems that improve employee productivity and operational agility.
Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Organization Development team in mapping and optimizing end-to-end business processes.
- Assist in the implementation of HRIS and digital transformation tools to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Conduct data gathering and analysis on workforce productivity and organizational performance metrics.
- Help prepare documentation and training materials for new digital initiatives and internal software rollouts.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure organizational tools align with user requirements and business needs.
- Participate in change management activities to facilitate the adoption of new technologies across departments.
- Maintain and update organizational charts, process flow diagrams, and internal knowledge bases.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen interest in how technology impacts business organizational structure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) is highly preferred.
- Experience with data visualization tools or basic knowledge of process mapping is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into understandable business terms.
- A proactive self-starter who is detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship duration (minimum 3-6 months).
