- Design and implement comprehensive Performance Management Systems.
- Align and cascade KPIs effectively to individual and team levels.
- Conduct organizational assessments and gap analyses.
- Develop talent management strategies and succession planning programs.
- Facilitate leadership development workshops and coaching sessions.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Monitor and report on organizational health metrics and performance trends.
- Collaborate with HR leaders to drive organizational change initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in structuring and implementing Performance Management Systems.
- Skilled in aligning and cascading KPIs to individual levels.
- Strong understanding of organizational development theories and HR practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct effective training needs assessments.
- Experience in change management is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
