Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement organizational development programs to enhance employee capabilities and engagement
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop targeted learning interventions
- Facilitate leadership development workshops and team-building activities
- Analyze organizational data to identify improvement opportunities and measure program effectiveness
- Support change management initiatives and communication strategies
- Partner with department heads to align OD initiatives with business goals
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in organizational development or HR roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven approach
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience with training program development and delivery
- Knowledge of OD methodologies and change management frameworks
- Proficiency in HR analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite
