In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving organizational effectiveness through strategic OD initiatives, including change management, culture transformation, and talent development.
As the OD Assistant Manager/Manager, you will partner with business leaders to assess organizational needs, design and implement interventions, and evaluate their impact. You will lead training programs, facilitate workshops, and support the development of a high-performance culture. Your work will directly contribute to the company's growth and employee satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement organizational development strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead change management initiatives to support culture transformation and process improvements.
- Conduct organizational assessments and analyze data to identify development needs.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Facilitate team-building sessions and workshops to improve collaboration and performance.
- Manage talent review and succession planning processes.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with HR partners to integrate OD practices with other HR functions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Organizational Development, HR, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of OD theories, models, and best practices.
- Experience with competency-based assessment and development tools.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead change management projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
