As an OD Specialist, you will act as a consultant to internal stakeholders, leveraging data-driven insights to foster a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement, and operational efficiency. You will play a critical role in change management initiatives, ensuring that Honda Motor World remains agile, competitive, and a top-tier employer in the Philippine automotive landscape.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive organizational development strategies to improve operational efficiency and team performance.
- Conduct regular organizational health assessments, climate surveys, and workflow audits to identify bottlenecks.
- Lead change management initiatives, providing support and communication strategies for company-wide transitions.
- Develop and facilitate leadership training programs and succession planning frameworks.
- Analyze employee engagement data to create actionable insights for retention and talent development.
- Partner with HR business units to refine organizational structures and job design.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and alignment with the global Honda corporate philosophy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an OD, Training, or HR Generalist role, preferably within a large corporate environment.
- Proven track record in designing and executing organizational change or development programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into business solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and modern performance management tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, automotive service-oriented environment.
