Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement organizational development programs aligned with business objectives
- Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities
- Facilitate change management initiatives and employee engagement strategies
- Develop training curricula and leadership development programs
- Analyze organizational structures and recommend efficiency enhancements
- Measure program effectiveness through KPI tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align OD initiatives with company goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in organizational development or HR roles
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Certification in organizational development (e.g., CPTD, CPLP) preferred
- Experience in change management and employee engagement programs
- Proficiency in HR analytics tools and survey methodologies
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
