Galenium Pharmasia Laboratories is a leading contract research organization (CRO) dedicated to advancing healthcare through scientific excellence. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and strategic Organizational Development Specialist to join our Human Resources team on a contract basis to cover for a maternity leave. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive Organizational Development (OD) strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Conduct organizational assessments and diagnostic studies to identify gaps in structure, culture, and performance.
- Facilitate change management processes and support leadership in navigating organizational transitions effectively.
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs, workshops, and leadership development interventions.
- Manage the performance management system, ensuring clear KPIs, regular reviews, and employee growth plans.
- Administer employee engagement surveys and analyze data to derive actionable insights for retention strategies.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational restructuring.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Organizational Development, HR Operations, or Talent Management.
- Strong understanding of OD models, change management theories, and adult learning principles.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
