In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in designing organizational frameworks that support our expansive operations, particularly within our plantation business unit.

You will be responsible for streamlining organizational structures, conducting rigorous job evaluations, and developing talent frameworks that drive performance across the organization.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive organizational structures and manpower planning strategies.
  • Execute job evaluation processes to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Design and update Job Descriptions (JD) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for various departments.
  • Analyze organizational workflows to identify efficiency gaps and propose structural improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure effective implementation of OD initiatives within the plantation sector.
  • Coordinate with management to facilitate change management programs and organizational transformation projects.
  • Monitor and report on organizational health metrics to support senior leadership decision-making.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven professional experience in Organizational Development.
  • Prior experience within the plantation or heavy industry sector is highly preferred.
  • Strong technical expertise in job evaluation methodologies and organizational design frameworks.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools for reporting and workforce modeling.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable HR strategies.
