Join Citraguna Lestari, a dynamic organization committed to excellence and innovation, as an Organizational Development (OD) Supervisor. Based at our Cikupa facility in Tangerang, Banten, you will be a key driver of organizational effectiveness, shaping the future of our workforce and culture.
In this strategic role, you will lead and optimize our Performance Management Systems (PMS), Training & Development (T&D) initiatives, Succession Planning frameworks, and Employee Engagement strategies. Working closely with HR business partners, department heads, and senior leadership, you will assess organizational needs, identify skill gaps, and implement OD interventions that align with our business objectives. You will also design and facilitate workshops, provide coaching to managers, and drive change management initiatives to support organizational growth.

The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of OD experience, a bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, IT, or a related field, and a proven track record in PMS, T&D, succession planning, and employee engagement. - Analyze organizational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement performance management systems aligned with company objectives.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Manage succession planning processes to ensure talent readiness for key roles.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to integrate OD strategies with business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD interventions and recommend improvements.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, Information Technology, or related field (S1).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Organizational Development (OD).
- Proven experience in Performance Management, Training & Development, Succession Planning, and Employee Engagement.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven approach.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (both oral and written).
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
