Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive occupational safety and health programs and policies
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Provide safety training to employees at all levels, including orientation for new hires
- Ensure compliance with relevant Malaysian OSHA regulations and industry standards
- Prepare and maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with management to establish safety goals and monitor performance metrics
- Promote a strong safety culture through communication campaigns and employee engagement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or related field
- Certification in OSH (e.g., DOSH certified) is highly preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar OSH coordination role, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and influence others
- Proficiency in safety management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
