Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize OTA listings across all major platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia)
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to increase direct bookings
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to maintain competitive advantage
- Coordinate with property teams to ensure accurate and compelling content
- Develop promotional campaigns with OTA partners for seasonal demand
- Generate performance reports and actionable insights for leadership
- Liaise with OTA account managers to resolve issues and negotiate favorable terms
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in OTA management or digital marketing
- Proficiency in OTA platform analytics and reporting tools
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tourism market dynamics
- Excellent data interpretation and strategic planning abilities
- Proven track record in increasing booking conversion rates
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Experience with revenue management systems and pricing strategies
