As a key player in our hospitality operations, you'll manage our portfolio across leading online travel agency platforms including Booking.com, Agoda, and Airbnb. This role demands meticulous attention to detail as you handle guest communications, process bookings and invoices, and maintain accurate property listings. You'll be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences while optimizing our digital presence to maximize occupancy rates. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize property listings across major OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb)
- Handle end-to-end guest communications and inquiries via multiple channels
- Process, verify, and manage bookings with accurate invoicing
- Update property details, pricing, and availability in real-time
- Monitor OTA performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes
- Generate monthly reports on booking performance and guest satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in OTA management or hospitality digital operations
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and booking platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask efficiently
- Problem-solving skills with customer-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of Bali tourism landscape and property market
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within cross-functional teams
