Tanggung Jawab
- Process and reconcile daily Over-the-Counter (OTC) transactions, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.
- Prepare, verify, and audit financial documents, invoices, and receipts to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including account reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records, ledgers, and filing systems.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies or errors promptly to maintain financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting workflows and operational efficiency.
- Provide excellent support and communication to internal stakeholders regarding financial inquiries and status updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in accounting, finance, or OTC operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero).
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data processing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot financial issues effectively.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while meeting tight deadlines.
