Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize over-the-counter (OTC) fee processing workflows
- Analyze billing discrepancies and resolve payment-related issues
- Prepare monthly fee reconciliation reports and financial statements
- Collaborate with BPO teams to ensure invoice accuracy and timeliness
- Implement process improvements for fee collection efficiency
- Monitor compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Train staff on updated fee structures and billing procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of BPO finance experience in billing/collections
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills
- Experience with invoicing systems and payment gateways
- Certification in Finance or Accounting (CPA/CMA) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
