Join Lexmark International's Order-to-Cash excellence team as an OTC Order Management SME & Lead. In this pivotal role, you'll orchestrate the entire customer order lifecycle, ensuring seamless processing from initial order entry to final fulfillment while maintaining stringent policy compliance. You'll drive operational efficiency by optimizing workflows, resolving complex order discrepancies, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across the OTC cycle. As a subject matter expert, you'll mentor team members, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional departments including Sales, Logistics, and Finance to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce order cycle times.
This leadership position requires strategic thinking to identify automation opportunities, mitigate risks, and maintain compliance with global trade regulations. You'll be instrumental in developing SOPs, conducting root cause analyses for order failures, and representing OTC in cross-functional projects. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

- Lead end-to-end order management processes, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Develop and implement SOPs for order processing, validation, and exception handling
- Mentor and train OTC team members on best practices and system utilization
- Analyze order data trends to identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance to resolve order discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Optimize OTC workflows to reduce cycle times and enhance customer satisfaction
- Generate performance reports and present improvement initiatives to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in order management with 2+ years in leadership role
- Expert knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and mentor teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and order management software
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across departments
