Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound client meetings in Jakarta and surrounding regions to promote retail products
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and prospecting
- Present product offerings and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective territory management
- Prepare detailed sales reports and activity summaries for management review
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with inventory and logistics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in outbound sales or field sales roles
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license with willingness for frequent travel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with retail consumer products sector preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
