Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver engaging outdoor adventure programs for youth groups
- Lead safety-focused activities including hiking, camping, and team-building exercises
- Teach outdoor survival skills and environmental conservation principles
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain safety protocols for all activities
- Mentor participants to build confidence and develop leadership qualities
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative program curricula
- Maintain and organize outdoor equipment and facilities
Kualifikasi
- Certification in outdoor education or adventure sports (e.g., First Aid, NOLS, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years experience leading youth groups in outdoor settings
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's natural environments and safety regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse age groups
- Ability to work effectively in variable weather and terrain conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
