Are you an expert swimmer looking for a rewarding career? We Group WMO is currently seeking passionate Swimming Instructors to join our dynamic team in Pasay City, Metro Manila. Whether you specialize in competitive swimming, water safety, or beginner lessons, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will be responsible for teaching students of all ages the fundamentals of swimming, water safety techniques, and stroke improvement. We pride ourselves on providing a safe, fun, and professional learning environment for our clients. This is a part-time opportunity that allows you to share your love for aquatics while earning a competitive hourly wage.

Tanggung Jawab
- Instruct students in swimming techniques, strokes, and water safety rules.
- Monitor the safety of all students during lessons and enforce pool rules.
- Ensure the pool area and equipment are clean and well-maintained.
- Create a positive, encouraging, and safe learning atmosphere for learners of all skill levels.
- Communicate student progress and feedback to parents or guardians as needed.
- Assist in organizing and conducting swimming classes and water safety workshops.
Kualifikasi
- Male or Female, 18 years old and above.
- Certified Swimming Instructor or Lifeguard certification is an advantage.
- Excellent swimming skills and knowledge of different swimming strokes.
- Patient, approachable, and possess strong communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Experience in teaching children or adults is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
