Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients in the assigned territory.
- Representing the company brand and promoting products/services to new and existing customers.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Providing exceptional customer service and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
- Reporting sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities to the management team.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to plan local promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outdoor sales, retail, or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods).
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined work ethic.
- Valid SIM A (driving license) is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Resilient and adaptable to changing market conditions.
