You will spend the majority of your time in the field, engaging with clients at construction sites, industrial facilities, and project offices. Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities within the construction and engineering sectors.
  • Conduct regular site visits to demonstrate heavy equipment capabilities to potential clients.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing site managers, project leads, and procurement officers.
  • Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable equipment solutions based on specific project requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and competitive project quotations.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and market trends in the CRM system.
  • Attend weekly office meetings to report on sales progress and align with company strategy.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and networking events to increase brand visibility.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in outdoor sales, field sales, or business development, preferably within the construction or industrial equipment industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Possess a valid driving license (Class 3) is a strong advantage given the nature of field visits.
  • Ability to work independently in an outdoor, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent experience in Engineering or Business Management.
