Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily outlet operations to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to brand standards
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members through targeted training and performance coaching
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate supplier logistics, and maintain cost-effective stock management
- Implement quality control measures for customer service, hygiene, and safety protocols
- Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate staff scheduling to optimize coverage during peak business hours
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in restaurant, fast-food, or retail environments
- Proven track record in team leadership and operational management
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and supply chain management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in basic business software (MS Office, POS systems)
