Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service in the pet salon outlet
- Assist customers with product selection and purchases while demonstrating product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet and salon areas
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Support grooming staff by preparing pets and maintaining equipment
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and monitor product availability
- Follow hygiene protocols and safety standards for animal handling
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Passion for animals and basic pet care knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience preferred
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle animals safely
