Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily operations of the outlet to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team to achieve high performance and sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock ordering to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer retention.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
- Ensure the store adheres to company policies, visual merchandising standards, and safety regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, staff performance, and operational metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Basic understanding of financial management and inventory control.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
