As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, driving sales, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail outlets. Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and assist customers, providing professional service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Manage front-desk reception duties, including handling inquiries and directing foot traffic.
- Maintain high standards of outlet cleanliness, product display, and inventory organization.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations for beauty products or home appliances to drive sales.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' levels, or equivalent professional certification.
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact comfortably with diverse customers.
- Must be able to commit to a 44-hour work week, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Willingness to learn about product features in either the Beauty or Home Appliances category.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for high-quality customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-energy team.
