Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to ensure high productivity and engagement.
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met by resolving complaints and handling inquiries effectively.
- Oversee visual merchandising and stock presentation to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and ensure accurate stock reconciliation.
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Prepare daily sales reports and communicate key insights to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Valid SSM (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia) or equivalent work pass (if applicable).
