As the leader of our store, your primary mission is to drive team performance, ensure every customer receives outstanding service, and guide your team towards hitting ambitious sales targets and KPIs. You will be the champion of our brand standards, ensuring the store is impeccably presented and inventory is managed efficiently.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving complaints effectively to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and stock replenishment.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained, and the store layout is optimized for sales.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to provide actionable insights to management.
- Uphold company policies, health and safety regulations, and store security procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the retail industry, preferably in a supervisory capacity for fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (added advantage).
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to manage inventory, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Possess own transport and willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
