- Lead and mentor the store team to consistently meet and exceed sales KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by resolving inquiries and maintaining high service standards.
- Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
- Analyze sales reports to identify trends and develop strategies to boost performance.
- Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the retail or fashion sector.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
