Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure seamless customer service and store efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor retail staff to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and conduct regular stock audits.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance store appeal.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail supervision or a similar team-leading role.
- Strong understanding of retail management principles and customer service excellence.
- Proven ability to motivate teams and drive sales performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and store aesthetics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic retail POS systems.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per retail requirements.
