Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily outlet operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling
- Train and mentor retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service standards
- Monitor product quality, freshness, and presentation across all bakery items
- Implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to achieve KPIs
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Conduct performance reviews and identify development opportunities for team members
- Collaborate with supply chain team to optimize inventory levels
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in retail or food service industry
- Proven track record in team management and staff development
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and sales techniques
- Basic knowledge of bakery products and food safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to multitask and make decisions in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management software
- High school diploma; hospitality/retail management certification preferred
