Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day outlet operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve daily and monthly sales KPIs.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and oversee replenishment processes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving complaints professionally and fostering customer loyalty.
- Prepare accurate daily sales reports and perform cash handling duties with high integrity.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product display.
- Coordinate with the central office for promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Retail Operations, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail or F&B industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage budgets and monitor sales performance.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English (proficiency in local dialects is an added advantage).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Possess a proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and leadership maturity.
