Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the outlet team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and staff scheduling.
- Monitor and analyze store KPIs to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service by coaching staff and handling complex customer inquiries.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and product displays.
- Maintain the store environment to ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide constructive feedback to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or as an Outlet Supervisor.
- Proven track record in driving sales performance and achieving retail KPIs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Malay, or other local languages.
- Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic inventory management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as per retail requirements.
